How can I place an order?
First, find the item(s) wish to purchase, click [Order Now] to add them to your shopping cart. When you're ready to check out, click the [View Cart] button.
You will be directed to the Shopping Cart, where you can see what you have, make any changes, and then click [Proceed to Checkout].
There you can fill in your personal information. double-checking so your memory will get to you correctly, upload the image that will be memorialized, and pay for the order.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
In most cases, it will take 15 to 20 days for delivery Business days to receive your order since
they're all individually custom-made.
If I need to cancel an order how long do I have to cancel it?
Once you submit the order it goes into production you will have a maximum of
two days to cancel your order.
What's the return policy?
In most cases, since there are customs we will only replace the item if it's a
defect in the manufacturing of the item
We can only work with the quality of the picture that you sent us.
Is shipping included I my order?
In most cases, shipping is included.
But if it's special orders and more than a certain weight then we will have to add
shipping cost but we will notify you.
